What is your turnaround time?

We will ship your hats in 7 business days or less after your design has been approved by you. Design approval typically takes 24-48 hours depending on your response time. Once your order finishes production we ship it to you via USPS which typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive to you, dependent upon your distance from Minnesota.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity and no art fee, ever.

Can I see my design on a custom hat before ordering?

Of course. Upon receiving your order we will create a digital mock-up and send it to you for your approval. It typically takes 1-2 business days for you to receive your mock-up.

Do you make your rubber patches or order them?

All of our rubber patches are made by us in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.

Can my rubber patch be any shape?

Yes, absolutely. When purchasing select “Cut to the shape of the logo” on the hat customization form.

What size hat should I get?

While most snapbacks are one size fits most, Flexfit hats are a bit different. To find your size look at the sizing guide here.

Do you offer different brands outside of Flexfit and Yupoong?

We do not. We’ve tested many brands and taking into account availability, quality, color combinations, and options we feel Flexfit and Yupoong offer high quality hats to meet any style desired.

Where are your Kapps made?

Flexfit and Yupoong hats are ordered directly from their factories located overseas. Each Kapp is checked by us for quality before we use it. All of our design and patch work is done in house here in White Bear Lake, Mn.

How are your patches adhered to the hat?

We use the best heat press money can buy, the Hotronix 360 IQ hat press to ensure there are no scorch marks or press marks on our Kapps. We also use a top of the line bonding agent that’s been tested again and again to withstand whatever you can throw at it. Using our bonding agent instead allows us to keep our prices fair and our lead times to a minimum.

How can I clean my hat?

You can wash our hats and patches however you’d like. While we recommend hand washing, washing machines will not damage our hats or patches.

Please note, we are not responsible for the mishandling of hats during the cleaning process and they are not guaranteed to work. If you wish to clean your hat we encourage you to do a little research and find what method you are most comfortable with.

How do I get rid of the residue left by the sticker on the hat?

To remove the residue,  mix warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap on a paper towel and gently rub the glue away.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Custom hat orders are non refundable and exchanges do not apply. If you receive a Kapp that is defective and it has not been worn you can email us a picture and we will provide you a refund or replacement of that hat. Our email is kappscustoms@gmail.com.

Hat designs made by us are refundable as long as they are not worn. Email us to begin the return process.

Should your patch ever start to separate from your hat we will re-adhere the patch to the hat or replace the patch at no cost to you. Simply mail the hat to us and we will fix it and send it back to you.
